Founder & President Mr. S.P Saju Bhaskar - Founder & President

Mr. S.P. Saju Bhaskar is the Founder and President of Texila American University Consortium located in Hong Kong.

Mr. Saju has served higher education in his entire professional life. Through his role as an Entrepreneur & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he has acquired a deep and broad understanding of the challenges of leading a major educational institution by and large

His undaunting leadership, technology insight and stewardship has strengthened the University's culture of innovation, expanded its verticals and enhanced its global reach. His Positive Leadership had brought Texila American University Consortium from the concept to reality as it went through the genesis into a full-fledged organization.

Mr. Saju oversees the development, planning, target setting, auditing and reviewing processes of the entire congregation. He has ensured strong ethics and culture in the whole line up along with an effective development and implementation of the in-house systems to keep a track on all the process. Mr. Saju has floated different brands which include: Texila American University Guyana (TAU G), Texila American University Zambia (TAU Z), Texila American University Fujairah, Texila eLearning (TEL), Global Scholarship Trust (GST), Texila International Journal and Texila e-Conference to his credit

At present, Texila Consortium has its International Offices in USA, India, Guyana, Hong Kong, UAE, Philippines & Zambia. More campuses are being planned in USA, South Asia and Africa soon.

She has been instrumental in Texila's growth from its concept to reality by leading the organization-wide initiatives to strengthen the program impact and growth of the university.

With several years of extensive experience in the field of Finance, HR, Strategic Planning, Team Leadership and Gap Analysis & Planning, Mrs. Chitra has played a vital role in devising the TAU's vision and strategy in fostering the client relations that moved the university to the forefront of its market share.She has led the Central Finance Planning and Analysis Team supporting the CEO and supported in managing staffs in different location where TAU has its operations.

Mrs. Chitra oversees the Global Accounting and Finance Operations with transaction processing and facilities in Guyana, India, China, Philippines and Hong Kong and which is being extended to USA and UAE shortly. She has ensured cohesive financial strategic and operating plans as well as lead allocation of resources, ROI strategies, content profitability, and financial forecasting, analysis and performance measurement.

As a key member of the decision-making team, she works closely with other high-level executives to drive growth and seek improvements in operational processes. Mrs. Chitra is typically responsible for preparing financial materials for the Board of Directors with effective access to information for appropriate staff and business partners, and taking the lead in financial best practices.

As the Vice-President of Texila American University, she has ensured high satisfaction levels of students on campus; smooth functioning of the day to day activities and the employee welfare and satisfaction.

3. Training and Development
Has been Conducting International Seminars/Trainings since February 2008 for the Presidents, Deans, Professors, School Principals, Teachers, Administrators, Counselors of the Government and private institutions. The Training/Seminar pertains to Teaching and Learning, Leadership, Professional Excellence, Educational Coaching and Life Coaching with the application of Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques *Some of the Seminar/Training programs are endorsed by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). CHED is a Government body which is equivalent to UGC.

Personally published or authored 11 e-books related to Medical Education, Dental Education, NLP training module and Self-Improvement. Assistant Dean Mrs. Nagalakshmi Assistant Dean -SBITE

Holds Master degree in Mathematics, Master degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras, Bachelor of Education in Hindi from Allahabad University.

Responsible for all matters in relation to teaching, academic administration and Coordination of students at the University. The Key task is to provide leadership in education, scholarly activity and research, supervising the activities of the University. Overseeing the curriculum, courses and methods of instruction and supporting research, to pay special attention to the BITE Programs.

Nagalakshmi is responsible for assigning the faculty and schedule of courses in School of Business, providing leadership for activates of the University in terms of accreditations, workshops, events and symposiums.

She has 15 years of teaching experience working with various Institutes, Universities and Colleges in India and Zambia. She started her carrier as freelance tutor in a private Institute. She was appointed as a tutor of Mathematics and Statistics, Department of Bioinformatics in Sriramachandra Medical College and Research Institute (SRMC & RI), Porur, Chennai. Handled mathematics and statistics for the post graduate students under Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Ophthalmology and Pharmacy programme. During the tenure designed the curriculum in mathematics for Ophthalmology programme. Worked as a Lecturer in Mathematics, Department of Computer Science, and Valliammal College in Chennai, India.

Worked at University of Lusaka, Zambia for a period of 3 and half years. She joined the University as a lecturer in Business Mathematics responsible to handled classes on Business mathematics and Quantitative methods for under graduate students. During the tenure developed the course module in Calculus, Linear Algebra and Statistics. Through her dedication and hard work she was promoted as a co-ordinator for Business and Information Technology Programmes. Handled administrative duties in terms of allocating the lecturer for all the courses and ensuring the conduct of the classes as per the schedule.

More success followed when she was promoted as Assistant Dean for the School of Business. As Assistant Dean, she handled the coordinators to ensure that the department is properly staffed. She was in the panel to check the quality and standard of examination papers to comply with the requirement of the education authorities. She was also responsible to publish the results to meet the deadline, prepare the list of successful graduands as per the norms.

Dhanarajan M . S - Registrar  Dr. Dhanarajan M . S - Registrar

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry, Master’s degree in Educational Administration Management and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Environmental Biotechnology.

Dr.Dhanarajan was involved in the Curriculum Development and Examination system with many Universities and Colleges. He had also conducted many Conferences and Seminars to benefit the Student Community in collaboration with various educational bodies. Dr.Dhanarajan was also involved in editing, printing and publishing in all formats since the 1990s. So far he has published more than 180 research papers and articles in various peer reviewed Journals, International and National Conferences and Presentations.

Dr.Dhanarajan had started his teaching career as an Assistant Professor, then joined as Professor and Head of the Department of Biochemistry in various Institutions. Further, he joined as a Principal of a College addressing and mentoring more than 4500 students and 200 faculty members. Dr.Dhanarajan had worked in various institutions and organizations and has an experience of more than 25 years in the relevant field.

International Operations Ashok Kumar VP - International Operations

Oversees the daily activities and the International operations of Texila American University. Manages the coordination of the activities of sections or departments with the responsibility of results in terms of costs, methods and employees. Act as an advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements. Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers and implements Standard Operating Procedures and protocols.

The key tasks include, driving operational improvements, maximizing the value of the asset base while ensuring a tight control on operational costs. Responsible for monitoring and continually improving standards of performance and quality within the operation.

Ashok Kumar assists the overall management of the units that support business functions of the University. Areas may include general operations, event management, facilities management, etc. Create and/or support the strategic initiatives of the university; participate in the financial success of the operation by identifying cost savings and revenue sources; coordinate projects and programs; evaluate business trends and make recommendations to improve operations efficiencies; participate on, and possibly lead, work groups and committees; supervise assigned staff that may include full-time, part-time, student, and temporary employees; Duties are performed at various levels.

Has 8 years of experience in working with various New Educational Projects. Worked with IBM for 2 years, where he worked closely with The Learning and Development Department, which develops Learning Pathway for its 50,000+ Employees in the ITD-GD Business Unit.

Ashok is the founder of Global Flora, an agro consultancy company, providing technical consultation for International Clients to start large scale plantations for production of biodiesel feedstock. Ashok was also the founder of Impress Business Solutions, an IT services company offering Branding Solutions to Small and Mid Sized Businesses.

Provide management and operational support to a variety of University functions, development of learning facilities, general operations, procurement, learning services, administration, campus management, student and staff housing and transportation.
